With only one night remaining in the 2026 ATTC Summer League, Week 7 delivered exactly what a playoff race should—undefeated performances, statement victories, and a leaderboard that still has plenty left to decide. Every match carried extra weight, and several players answered the call.
The biggest story of the night belonged to Rocky Lee, who remained absolutely perfect with another 4-0 evening. Rocky survived one of his toughest tests of the season in a thrilling three-game battle with Morris Beiler before adding wins over Cliff Breazeale, Kendall Swartzentruber, and Cory Wilson. Through seven league nights, Rocky now stands at an astonishing 20-0 in matches, 40 set wins, and 40.0 league points, holding a commanding 8.5-point lead over second place. It’s been one of the most dominant seasons ATTC has seen.
While Rocky continues to pace the field, the battle behind him is where the drama is heating up.
Kendall Swartzentruber continued his outstanding season with a 3-1 night, improving to 15-5 overall and strengthening his grip on second place with 31.5 points. His only loss came against the undefeated Rocky, but wins over Jonathan Sears, Jonathan Bauman, and Morris Beiler kept him firmly in contention for a runner-up finish.
Perhaps the most intriguing race is for third place, where Morris Beiler and Jonathan Sears are now deadlocked at 29.5 points. Morris currently owns the tiebreaker thanks to a 45.5 Buchholz compared to Jonathan’s 39.0, but with one night left, that battle is far from settled.
Jonathan Sears helped create that showdown with another excellent 3-1 performance. Wins over Arlan Riehl, Cliff Breazeale, and Jonathan Bauman kept him even with Morris entering the season finale, setting up what could become the most exciting race on the leaderboard.
Further down the standings, Cory Wilson bounced back nicely after his lone loss to Rocky, finishing 3-1 and remaining fifth overall with 23.5 points. Durrel Willey sits just behind in sixth at 22.0, meaning only 1.5 pointsseparate the two entering the final week.
One of the night’s biggest movers was Nate Wilson, who quietly turned in a 3-1 performance to climb within striking distance of the middle of the standings. Meanwhile, Jonathan Bauman continued to make the most of his limited appearances, improving to an even 8-8 record despite playing only four league nights.
The lower half of the standings produced plenty of competitive matches as well. Eric Hudgens, Cliff Breazeale, Jonas Lawson, Arlan Riehl, and Mike Shiles all battled through difficult schedules, with several matches stretching to deciding games that could prove important in the final calculations.
Now the stage is set.
Only one league night remains, and while Rocky Lee appears to have all but secured the championship, nearly every other position is still in play. Second place isn’t mathematically safe, third place is a virtual dead heat, and several players are separated by only a point or two in the race for the remaining spots.
After seven weeks of outstanding competition, the ATTC Summer League is headed for a finale worthy of the season. Every match next Tuesday could decide the final standings—and no one will be giving away points. Expect an electric finish.
